"I enjoyed my time with State Farm until the moment we had a problem, I became just an account not a valued customer. I requested a meeting with Devin, in which we were scheduled for a phone meeting and I was ignored for the meeting, I called and was unable to reach him! He later left messages that my rates where changed all because of a PIP issue of which I gave State Farm my letter from my health insurance, the whole ordeal could have been avoided but instead I was treated poorly. My relationship with State Farm has ended because I was treated like an account they did care if they lost rather than a valued customer. There are other companies that still value their customers!"
